With over 30 years experience in music retail, we offer a fully encompassing service. We provide clear and unbiased advice, thus ensuring customers purchase the right instrument for their requirement.
We cater for national business as well as local. Indeed some of our customers opt to stay in the area for a couple of days, booking into a nearby farmhouse B&B situated with not one but three other Tudor farmhouses (somewhat of a unique setting nowadays) and combine a visit to the store with some sight-seeing.
Away from the hurly burly of every day life, Elmswell Organ Store is set in the lovely Suffolk countryside, and is yet within minutes of the A14.

Wise
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce the people that make Elmswell Organ Store such a success.
Elmswell Organ Store is headed by PAULE WISE who has over 32 years experience specifically in the Organ and Keyboard market. Paule has a wealth of 'hands on' instrument knowledge accumulated since the mid 1970's. A keen motor scooterist, Paule owns a vintage Lambretta and is often seen 'trundling' about the Suffolk countryside.
PATRICIA WISE assists her husband Paule with all sales enquiries, as well as heading the teaching school. Pat has been an organ and keyboard tutor for over fifteen years and has first class knowledge of the products. It is her helpful and friendly voice that will more often than not greet you when you phone us.
TONY SWEENEY (Pat's son) assists Paule and Pat in the day to day running of the company, taking responsibility for all administration and accounts issues. During the last five years, Tony has been developing his playing skill and product knowledge, thus enabling him to help on the shop floor. Being the youngest member of the team, Tony is often found out and about assisting with both deliveries and promotions.
DAVE GUNN a highly respected engineer in the industry with in excess of 30 years experience, Dave is responsible for all service matters. Dave has served as a consultant to other leading organ manufacturers in his time. In fact many of you may have come across Dave with his 'Yamaha' hat on - working as he does, on the organ and digital piano product, both out in the field and in the Milton Keynes workshops.
PAUL CARMAN although he runs his own showroom Hinckley Music, Paul can be spotted every now and then in Elmswell. Paul (much like the other Paule) has a wealth of knowledge acquired during the last 20 years. A superbly talented musician in his own right, Paul is also available for concert and promotional events (booking via Hinckley Music).
